Plain version: I only ask for what I need to see if I can help you, and I don't sell it to anyone.

What I collect

When you use "Check if you qualify", you give me your name, email, brand website, rough annual revenue, monthly ad spend and your role. If you book a session, you also give the booking details you enter on the calendar.

How it's used

• To decide whether a free session makes sense for you. This includes an automatic check that your website is an online store and that your email domain can receive mail. If something can't be confirmed, I review it myself.
• To prepare for the call, including reviewing your public store and ads.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders about the session you booked.

I'll only send you other emails (like growth tips) if you've said yes to them, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who helps me run this

• Cal.com: booking calendar. Your name, email and answers are passed to it when you pick a time.
• Cloudflare: hosts this site, stores your answers in a private database, and handles email to hasanrasel.com.
• Brevo: sends emails from hasan@hasanrasel.com.
• Google: Gmail and Google Meet for email and calls.

Each has its own privacy policy. I don't sell or rent your information.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar may set its own cookies to work.

How long I keep it

For as long as we're in touch about working together, then up to two years, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email contact@hasanrasel.com and I'll handle it within 30 days.
