For Shopify brands doing $500K–$5M a year

Spending more on ads every month, but profit isn't growing?

After 17 DTC brands and $75M+ in sales, I've learned the problem usually isn't the ads. It's what happens after the click. I find where your store is losing buyers, in the offer, product pages, checkout and follow-up emails, and fix that first. That alone often brings 20–30% more sales from the traffic you already pay for. Backed by my 6-week guarantee.

Free 30-minute strategy session: find your #1 profit leak, even if we never work together. I take only 3–4 a week.

Sound familiar?

Most Shopify founders I talk to are stuck in at least one of these.

"We doubled our ad spend. Profit barely moved."

More money in, the same money out. And every month it costs a bit more.

"Sales are up, but there's less in the bank."

The dashboard looks great. Your accountant tells a different story.

"People buy once, and we never see them again."

So you're paying to win every single customer from scratch.

"Every agency says their channel is working."

Ads, email, the website: everyone's reporting wins. So why are you flat?

"My team is busy, but are we working on the right things?"

Lots of activity. Not much movement. And no one's sure what to stop.

"Honestly, I don't fully trust our numbers."

Three tools, three different answers. So big decisions become guesses.

If that's you, here's the good news. When everything feels stuck, it's rarely everything. It's usually one or two things holding the rest back. Find those first, and growth starts to feel a lot easier.

How I grow a brand

Funnel first. Ads last.

Most agencies start with the ads. But ads poured into a leaking funnel just leak faster. So I work in this order, and each step makes the next one pay off.

  1. 01

    Audit everything

I go through your whole funnel and structure: every page, offer, email, ad and number, using the Nine Signals. You see exactly what's leaking and what's missing.

  2. 02

Fix the funnel before touching ads

We repair the leaks and add the missing pieces. This alone often lifts results by 20–30%: more sales and a lower cost per customer, from the traffic you already have.

  3. 03

    Rebuild the offer

Bundles, pricing and a real reason to buy more. Order value often goes up 20–30%.

  4. 04

    Creative that brings better customers

Ads built to attract people who stay and buy again, not just the cheapest clicks.

  5. 05

    Keep them coming back

Email and SMS flows that turn first orders into repeat ones, and customer care fast enough that no question goes unanswered long enough to lose a sale.

The result: higher AOV, recurring revenue and customers who stay for years. A brand that keeps growing long after the work is done.

Results vary by brand. "Often" means what I've typically seen in the brands I've worked with, not a guarantee.

Step 1 in detail: the audit

You don't need more ideas. You need to know which one to do first.

The audit covers the nine places growth usually breaks, with your tracking underneath. Then I point to the one that's holding the others back. That's where we start.

Foundation

Product-market fit

Do the right people want this, at this price?

Unit economics

Do you make money on the first order, or only on the third?

Offer & strategy

Is there a clear reason to buy from you, today?

Often the #1

Experience

Brand & site

Would a new visitor trust you in five seconds?

Conversion

Where do ready-to-buy people drop off, and why?

Customer support

Are good customers slipping away after the sale?

Growth

Paid ads

Is every dollar you spend pulling its weight?

Organic

Can customers find you without you paying for every visit?

Lifecycle

Do customers come back without needing a discount?

Tracking sits under all nine

Can you trust the numbers you're making decisions with?

  1. #1 fix: Offer. There's no reason to buy today except a 15% code, so every ad has to work twice as hard.
  2. Budget leak: Paid ads. About a third of spend goes to campaigns that never pay back.
  3. Missing piece: Lifecycle. No emails after the first order, so repeat sales are left to chance.

Ecommerce Success Guarantee

If you don't see it move in 6 weeks, I keep working for free.

In week one, we pick one number to move: what it costs you to win a customer, or the revenue your funnel is missing right now. If it hasn't clearly improved by week six, I keep working, at no fee, until it does. I'm happy to promise that because I've seen what happens when a brand fixes the right thing first.

The small print

Applies to growth engagements, not the free call. We agree the measure and the starting point in writing in week one. You give us data access during onboarding, approve fixes within 2 business days, and keep ad spend and channels broadly the same. Big stock-outs, site outages or outside shocks pause the clock. It's not a promise of total revenue, profit or ROAS.

Hasan Rasel

About me

Hi, I'm Hasan.

I ran my first Facebook ads for an electric bike brand in 2018. Since then I've worked inside 17 DTC brands, from apparel and skincare to supplements, and managed more than $20M in ad spend.

The brand that taught me the most was Herbal Vineyards, a family-owned sea moss company. I joined in 2021 to run their Meta ads, when the store was doing about $712K a year. By 2024 I was leading growth across budget, team and retention.

It wasn't a straight line. By the end of 2023, every new customer was costing more to win, and spending more wasn't the answer. So we put the effort into the customers we already had: bundles and offers that made each order worth more, a proper subscription program, and emails that brought people back. Their team deserves a lot of the credit.

That year changed how I work. Now I look at the whole business before I touch the ads, and I fix whatever is actually leaking first. It's why I built the Nine Signals and started Ecom Amplifier.

What I believe

  • Customers for life beat customers for a day. A brand people buy from again and again is worth far more than one busy month.
  • One fix at a time. One thing done properly beats ten half-finished projects.
  • Honesty over a sale. I'd rather tell you "I can't help" than take your money.

I live in Dubai and work with brands in the UK, Australia, Europe, the US and the GCC. If something in your business feels stuck, I'd genuinely like to hear about it.

The cost of waiting

37–50%

Industry estimates put the share of ecommerce ad budgets wasted at 37% to 50%, from poor account structure, the wrong audiences, and missing or broken funnels.1

Every month a leak like that stays open, you pay for it twice: once in ad spend, and again in customers who never come back.

1 Estimates vary by study, channel and method. The range reflects published industry estimates of wasted digital ad spend, not an audit of your account.

Questions

Before you book

Is the call really free?

Yes, really. It's 30 minutes, no slides and no hard sell. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so, and I'll try to point you to someone who can.

Who do you work with?

Shopify brands doing roughly $500K to $5M a year, already spending on ads, whose growth has stalled or isn't turning into profit.

We also sell on Amazon or TikTok Shop. Is that a problem?

Not at all. As long as Shopify is (or will be) your main brand store, I'll make sure your store and your marketplace channels work together instead of competing for the same customers.

We're under $500K a year. Is this for us?

Probably not yet. At that stage the fastest wins are usually the basics, and you'll get more from a good course than from my weekly fee. Message me anyway and I'll point you in the right direction.

Will you do the work, or just tell us what to do?

Whichever you need. As your consultant, I guide your team for $1,000 a week (up to 4 hours of my time). If you'd rather have it done for you, my agency Ecom Amplifier builds the fixes.

Why not just run better ads?

Because ads poured into a leaking funnel just leak faster. Fix the funnel first, and every dollar you spend on ads afterwards works harder.

We already have an agency. Why talk to you?

Keep them if they're good. Most agencies look after one channel. I look at the whole business, so you know which fix matters before anyone spends more money.

How does the guarantee work?

In week one we agree one number to move (your cost to win a customer, or revenue your funnel is missing) and where it starts. If it hasn't clearly improved by week six, I keep working at no fee until it does. The small print is in the guarantee section above.

What time zones do you work in?

I'm in Dubai (GMT+4). That works well for UK and European working days, Australian afternoons and US East Coast mornings.

Let's find what's holding you back.

30 minutes. Free. You'll leave with a clear first step.
